I love facilitating positive change in others through coaching.  For 14 years, as a solicitor in local government, I have supported peers and clients in problem solving and achieving their goals.  In coaching, I have found a new way to do this which works at a different level and which has the power to clarify motivations and change beliefs, a definite way to improve individuals? performance and fun at work and at play.

In local government

I have enjoyed a broad understanding and experience of change and challenge within the political environment of district, county and unitary councils.  I use my local government and coaching skills to generate triple wins i.e. for council employees, the councils that employ them and the customers and communities they serve.

In collaborative practice

I look to support the lawyers and other professionals who work in collaborative legal practice to reach success for their family law clients.

I am a franchise partner and Head of Coaching at Work with Powerchange, the Personal Development Service.  I have been coaching for 3 years both within local authorities and with private clients.
